This is the salt that started it all. Our garlic scape infused salt has the garlic flavor you love with a hint of buttery sweetness only found in the delicate flowers of the hardneck garlic plant. Coarse Kosher Salt, infused with organically grown scapes from Miss K’s home garden.
Please note that scape salt starts out green, but the color will gradually fade as the flavors further infuse with the salt. This is a natural process and does not impact the quality of the salt.
